All item are tested before being delivered to you to avoid products being dead on arrival (DOA).
We provide a limited warranty. Our warranty only covers the product itself and not any consequential loss or damage. Our warranty does not cover anything witch happens in shipping, installation or for any other reason.
Before purchase any parts, please check the part number being ordered with the part number of your faulty part. The part numbers need to match because even computers with the same laptop model name or number often have different parts. They are generally not interchangeable if they have different part numbers.
Once you click to buy any of our parts or products this is an acceptance by you of our conditions as set out on this website.
Please note that there may be different causes for any problem you find with a faulty laptop. Check out the source of the problem carefully before ordering a part to correct the problem. We do not refund or exchange for wrong parts being ordered. We suggest that you test thoroughly to make sure which part is the cause of the problem you trying to fix. We do not accept responsibility for correctness or applicability of information obtained from others.
You may ask us any questions before you place your order with us. Once you have placed your order you will be obliged to complete the transaction and pay the full purchase and delivery price .

WARRANTY
New Grade A LCD panel & New Keyboard sold with 12 month limited RTB warranty. Any warranty claim must be in writing and have return parts ASAP. After 14 days of date issue RMA without receive returning parts then your claim expired or you lost your warranty.
We provide a limited warranty for 30 days from date of purchase. Our warranty only covers items provided by us and notified to us in writing within 30 days from date of purchase as a claim for the warranty. Our warranty only covers the products itself and not any consequential loss or damage. Our warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling or incorrect installation. Our warranty does not cover anything witch happens in shipping, installation or for any other reason.
Our warranty does not cover parts or products ordered by mistake.
When you wish to claim on our warranty you need to email us within 30 days from the date of purchase and the email must identify the problem, the date and time of delivery and all other relevant information. We will give you an RMA number. Warranty items are to be returned to us at your expense. You must include the RMA number on the outside of the package returning the item. We do not accept deliveries without an RMA number on the package. After 14 days of days issue RMA without receive returning parts then your claim expired or you lost your warranty
Our experienced staff will test any item which is the subject of a warranty claim. If the item is shown not to be faulty the customer will be charged $55 for testing. Any return postage is to be pre-paid paid by the customer.
Should we not be able to replace a faulty item from our stock where the faulty is cause by shipping, mishandling, wrong installation, packaging and other from customer or shipping carriers.. When a customer chooses to upgrade to other parts the customer will be liable to pre-pay the additional price.
Should we able to replace a faulty item from our stock the customer will not be liable to us for the cost to us of shipping, handling, package and other cost.
In the event of any refund, the refund will only be made to the account used by customer for the initial purchase.
